Shichihon no Kuzushi
In 1960 Kenji Tomiki introduced the roppon no kuzushi, 6 methods of balance disturbing. Later he added a 7th method. These 7 methods are called shichihon no kuzushi or 7 methods to disturb balance.
7-hon no kuzushi is the foundation for a kata called : Koryu no kata dai yon.
There are 7 forms in the „omote” section and 7 forms in the „ura” section.
